My stay was quite disappointing overall. Upon arrival, the place didn't meet my expectations as I noticed litter in the parking lot, and the bar toilets were unclean. The staff were not attentive, ignoring my presence multiple times. The communal areas seemed outdated and in dire need of renovation. While I did not try the dining options due to my initial experience, I certainly wouldn't recommend this hotel based on its current condition.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of incredible moments and a few disappointments. The check-in experience was smooth, and the lovely surprise of Prosecco for our anniversary was truly thoughtful. However, the second night wasn't as pleasant due to noise and some issues with the room conditions. While I enjoyed the central location and friendly staff, the overall upkeep of the hotel left something to be desired.
